CAFFEINE LEVEL: Medium Caffeine, 25 mg caffeine/cup
INGREDIENTS: : Kenyan Black Tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom Pods, Black Pepper, Orange Peel, Natural Cinnamon and Orange Flavor (Gluten/Sugar-Free).
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Add 1 teaspoon of tea to a cup of boiling water (205°F). Let steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the tea. For a second cup, resteep the tea for 10 minutes.
