COLD BREW COFFEE RECIPE

1 C Coarsely Ground Coffee

5 C Filtered Water

Stainless Steel Cold Brew Coffee Carafe

DIRECTIONS:

TO BREW:
Fill the metal strainer with 1 cup of coarsely ground Twin Engine Coffee and set in carafe and cover with 5 cups filtered water. Top with lid and refrigerate 12-18 hours or overnight. Remove strainer after brew process and let drain.

TO SERVE:
Fill a glass 1/3 with water. Add cold brew concentrate to fill glass 2/3 up, and stir to combine. Add milk or cream of choice and serve over ice.

TO STORE:
Cold brew concentrate will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, although it typically has the best flavor within the first week.
